STANDARD AD
Our standard sized ad measures 320×320 and can be placed in either the left side bar or within the main section of the magazine front page. These can be static or hyperlinked with an option to cycle (slide show) up to 5 images (depending on size of files).
- Sidebar ads run on all pages
- Magazine front page adds only run on the landing page
- Article-specific ads only run in the sidebar of respective posts
BANNERS
Banners are larger ads that can be either placed vertically in the left side bar or horizontally within the main section of the magazine front page. Fixed height (horizontal) is set at 320, but width is variable from 500-860. Vertical ads have a fixed width of 320 and a variable length of 500-860. These can be static or hyperlinked with an option to cycle (slide show) up to 5 images (depending on size of files).

STATIC HEADER
The static header is a prominent mantelpiece for getting visitors’ attention. Positioned just under the site’s navigation bar, the header represents the “center stage” for static ads promoting specials, announcements and calls to action. The header is fixed at 1340×200. The header is visible on all pages except the “Contact” page
SIDE PANELS
These 2, extreme left and right side vertical panels that run the length of the website can be purchased as a single side or together for a more uniform look. The side panels are static only and cannot be hyperlinked. Side panels run on all pages.
VIDEOS
Video ads are also welcome as long as they’re HD quality. These are positioned/function within the main section of the front page only. Video dimensions are dictated by our layout with a max height of 320 and max width of 700. Preference is given to videos linked from established digital channels like YouTube or Vimeo, but we’ll consider videos from other respected sources.

DURATION OPTIONS
Ad runs are based on a minimum of one calendar month. Ads can be run monthly, quarterly (3 consecutive calendar months) and annually (12 consecutive calendar months). Quarterly and annual ad packages cannot be arranged to run in non-consecutive months. If flexibility is preferred, we recommend running ads monthly, with special pricing terms considered for ad purchases run in multiple, non-consecutive months.
PRICING
- Our current pricing below is valid through calendar years, 2020-2021.
- Brand-provided ads, including those running multiple images, can be rotated in and out as often as you like except daily. We require 24 hours’ notice for ad rotation.
- Article-specific ad rates are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- All terms require full payment prior to ad posting once ad is approved by you and 99 Cigars.
- Company or personal checks must clear prior to ad posting.
- We accept all major credit cards through Paypal.
- Ad discount considerations can be negotiated if done in concert with cross-promotions with 99 Cigars. Please inquire.
COVID-19 PROMOTION
For a limited time, 99 Cigars is offering special BOGO rates on Standard, Banner and Side Panel ads:
- Purchase a standard ad for 3 months (quarterly), and we’ll run it for 6 months ($90)
- Purchase a banner ad for 3 months (quarterly), and we’ll run it for 6 months ($180)
- Purchase a single side panel ad for 3 months (quarterly), and we’ll run it for 6 months ($1,200) – Want both? We’ll offer both side panels at the quarterly rate, but run it for 6 months ($2,100)
