Alec Bradley Now Shipping Project 40 Maduro

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Alec Bradley Cigars announced that their Project 40 Maduro would begin shipping to retailers. The Maduro is the second blend in Alec Bradley’s new Experimental Series line. Project 40 is a scientific concept of sorts, the theme of which is how certain external stimuli affect our mood, lives and overall well being, e.g. ‘good cigars make us happy!’ In keeping with the pseudo-scientific theme, vitolas are simply named after their dimensions, e.g. the 05.50 vitola is the length and ring gauge of the robusto. The Maduro, characterized as medium bodied, is offered in 3 sizes, each retailing for under $7 and packaged in boxes of 24.

  • Robusto 05.50 $5.75 ea.
  • Toro 06.52 $6.25 ea.
  • Gordo 06.60 $6.50 ea.

  • Wrapper – San Andres
  • Binder – Brazilian Habano
  • Filler – Nicaraguan

  • J Fuego Cigar Co. De Nicaragua

“When Alec Bradley announced the release of Project 40 Maduro in October, we were overwhelmed by the positive responses we received from enthusiasts, tobacconists and the media. The wait is finally over and we are extremely excited to share this new release with the cigar community!”
