Initially nuanced with a strong nutty draw, the Aladino settles into rich, complex profiles punctuated by leather, cream, salted caramel and black pepper. Finishes are long and robust with semi-sweet woody, earthy overtones. Transitions are more woody and spicy but with well-balanced intonations including candied nuts, cedar and chocolate. Julio Eiroa has quietly created a special cigar and it should be enjoyed regularly.
